Created a New Team on Etsy - Ana Paula Weekly Challenges

I'm so excited to share with you the Team I created on Etsy. Hope you will join.
This team will be given weekly challenges to create something new each week.
For the 1st challenge you need to create something which depicts or incorporates an elephant. It an be  a picture, painting, drawing, pillow, stuffed animal, something sewn with an elephant print.
Anything really as long as it has an elephant on it or represents an elephant.

I was talking to my friend this morning and we thought of challenging each other each week to create something using a specific item, material, image or anything else.
So for this weeks challenge won't you join us and share your creations with us.

WEEK 1 CHALLENGE -> Create something that has an elephant or elephants in it. 
It can be a painting, drawing, piece of jewelry, something you sew that has an elephant print. Doesn't really matter what it is as long as it has at least one elephant in it.

So come on let's have fun together and join our Week 1 challenge.
I will be posting a challenge every single week.

Valentine Day Cards Added every day!

Perfect card for valentine's day or any other time of the year.

The cards are printed on 110 lb card stock in off white but can be printed on white cardstock too, and comes with  envelope.
The inside of the cards have been left blank.
The cards are printed, cut, scored, and folded by me. Any cards that include embossed or cut outs all have been created by me.
I love receiving and creating handmade items.

The cards will come wrapped in a cello sleeve and shipped within 1-2 business days via USPS first class mail.

I can actually mail the card out on your behalf to the person you wish with your special note inside. Upon your request I will handwrite whatever note you send me plus I will sign the card with your name. If you include one of my other items as a gift I can gift wrap it for you. If you buy a card and a gift, I will gift wrap it up for you, free of charge. If you live in the United States and are shipping internationally you can just pay the difference in shipping fee. Convo or email me with any of your questions.

Do You know the Story of "The Oak Tree"?

Here's something to inspire you in 2014.

The Oak Tree

A mighty wind blew night and day.

It stole the Oak Tree's leaves away.

Then snapped its boughs

and pulled its bark

until the Oak was tired and stark.

But still the Oak Tree held its ground

while other trees fell all around.

The weary wind gave up and spoke,

"How can you still be standing Oak?"

The Oak Tree said, I know that you

can break each branch of mine in two,

carry every leaf away,

shake my limbs and make me sway.

But I have roots stretched in the earth,

growing stronger since my birth.

You'll never touch them, for you see

they are the deepest part of me.

Until today, I wasn't sure

of just how much I could endure.

But now I've found with thanks to you,

I'm stronger than I ever knew.

Hope this inspires you and that it reminds you that deep down inside you are strong.
